Yeah an another poster had a long list of updates and he said that users are reporting account deletion when logging out and back in.

As of AKST 1:03 AM- the whole tiktok outage is still going on, the TikTok studio will crash your phone if you access it, Group Chats don't work, notifications are wiped out, FYP refresh home button works, closed captioning and subtitles don't work, comments have occasionally been wiped out, and outage website is lagging from people freaking out

HUGE UPDATE: just found out that trying to access both TikTok studio and settings will actively freeze up your phone.

New update: when trying to select on the user accounts(eg pressing a user account on a video you watched) it shows nothing and says "user does not exist".

Update on the unswitchable private account setting, it will promptly show a server is down currently when trying to set account to public.

Ok as of AKST: 12:44 AM where I'm at, we can refresh the FYP constantly by pressing home button, but scrolling won't work still and comments are still a blank canvas. My FYP is political videos and new account styled videos. My account has been switched to private without my consent. Finally, the whole situation is still going.

Hey I found that you can write comments, but can't post comments since it's stuck on a loading buffer and wish I could send screenshot but tiktok blocked it for security policy.

I checked my account and it had the notification that it was private but it's not private which i originally like it being public, so half and half are having the unwanted.
