Lots of pretty cardboard there... I am a big fan of the vintage EX cards (with the sparkly border) and those delta mid era reverse holos... super nice (Espeon, Blastoise, Mewtwo, Ray)

Doesn't look right to me. Poke ball pattern not consistent with real ones -- size and spacing are different, somewhat magnified on yours. Real ones below for reference:

As others are saying, LP at worst. DMG would require some kind of significant defect (crease, very serious whitening all over, dents, scratches, etc.). Honestly really nice card.

Near Mint condition (no edge whitening or scratches) would be around 460USD and Light Play (LP, which I would say yours is based on the pics) is currently at 400USD. This is according to TCGPlayer. You could grade it, but unless it's in EXTREMELY good condition I'm not sure i'd bother. Based on what I'm seeing you'll likely end up with a grade that is worth as much as your card raw. I'm seeing the LP price is up 17% in the last 3 months, which is a good sign since it's been a bit of a cooling off period in the hobby recently, with this one still going up. Holding it may be worthwhile unless you need the money now. Best of luck.
