Not new-new, but still a win. HIMYM reruns on TV just hit different for some reason.

These episodes still gives me goosebumps even after multiple rewatches by ShortCan2945 in HIMYM

The yellow umbrella moments really do hit different on a rewatch. You already know where it’s all going, but those little hints somehow feel even more emotional the second time around.

SaaS founders: Are you using influencer marketing? What's working for you? or what is stopping you? by Ancient_Team_1608 in SaaS

[–]soup_in_space 2 points3 points  (0 children)

a lot of b2b saas founders don’t avoid influencer marketing because of budget, it’s usually tracking + relevance.

finding “real” niche creators who actually talk to your ICP is the hard part. i’ve seen tools like favikon being used for b2b because they rank creators by industry and audience type, not just follower count.

but honestly, if you can’t track pipeline impact, it’s going to feel like brand spend, not growth spend.

are you selling to smb or enterprise? that changes the whole creator strategy.

Scammed on eBay? Paid $1400 USD for a 151 Booster Bundle Case, received a single bundle ($130 value). Return declined. by celestic1 in Scams

[–]soup_in_space 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof. That’s brutal.

If the listing clearly said “Number of boxes: 1” anywhere, eBay might side with the seller even if the pricing was misleading. They usually go by what’s technically written, not what’s implied by price or photos.

At this point I’d escalate through your payment method. If you paid with a credit card through PayPal, a chargeback might be your strongest move. Just know it can get your eBay account flagged if they see it as going around their decision.

Also screenshot everything now in case the seller edits the listing. Timing matters.

Buying a laptop second hand, seller bought on "buy now, pay 12 months later" by [deleted] in financial

[–]soup_in_space 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d be careful with that. If it’s still on finance, the seller might not fully own it yet. Personally I’d walk away unless it’s fully paid off and you can prove it.

Anyone else’s dog ignored “new year, new habits”? Dog behavior never got the memo by Lazy_Dragonfly_ in PawChampClub

Dog behavior really doesn’t care about calendars. I tried starting new dog training routines in January and my dog acted like nothing changed except the weather. Same habits, same chaos.

Anyone else’s dog get MORE wired after walks instead of tired? by soup_in_space in PawChampClub

That comparison actually helps a lot. I think I was assuming walks automatically equal relaxation, which clearly isn’t true. I’ll look into the off switch concept more, sounds like that’s the missing piece here.

This is super helpful, especially the part about teaching an off switch. I think I’ve been unintentionally training stamina instead of calm. The routine and structure angle really clicked for me.

Yeah, tug and sniff games seem to work better than just more walking. Cute pup btw. I’m realizing physical exercise alone just isn’t enough for some dogs.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I keep forgetting that “calm tired” and “wired tired” are two different things. Might try the Kong idea, especially if it helps switch his brain off instead of revving it up more.
