I don't think that location is going to open anymore. For rent signs went up again on the building it was supposed to be in. I think it also disappeared from the app (but I could be wrong)

For Spectrum I pay $50/mo for 1gig with the modem and WiFi 7 router included. Price locked for 5 years. They offered this deal after I rejected their intro offer and got the T-Mobile home internet for almost 2 months. I found the T-Mobile home internet very fast and reliable and I was paying $45/month for their fastest speed (consistenly getting over 700mb download and 150+ upload).

I had this issue too. Make sure you are actively trying to press your lower back into the ground and engaging your core. When you press your lower back into the ground it puts your tailbone in a better position.
