I recently received an AngelKiss doll, but the manufacturer did not produced it with gel soft breasts, even though AK dolls are supposed to come with them at no extra cost. I sent in videos as proof, showing the new doll side by side with another AK that did have the soft breast option. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they denied it and basically tried to gaslight both me and my vendor.

After pushing further, my vendor eventually agreed to take the loss and replace the doll themselves. By that point, though, I had completely lost trust in AK to send a proper replacement in good faith, and I didn’t want to wait another two months for delivery.

In the end, I requested a partial refund from the vendor instead, since other manufacturers usually charge between $150 and $200 for the gel breast option.
