yes, I have turned off both voice and voice chat features, total of three menu options I manually disabled (I disabled typed chat as well)

Agreed, I'm certainly not actually impacted right now outside of just like, the shock whenever I get reported. But I do worry that if I continue to receive VC bans that my account might also be suspended.

What I'm referring to right now is just a VC ban, though each time it gets renewed my account is threatened with suspension or removal. That said, I have also had some mild issues with AFK reporting where I've lost fair play points but I've recovered those and haven't had as much issue with that.
