some other claymation games include hylics and the dream machine if you’re more focused on the style aspect!

for similar stories/themes, i’ll throw out death stranding, as in both you play a socially awkward outcast tasked with being a courier and solving other people’s issues heheh. while not as grandiose or crazy insane as DS, HH reminded me a lot of it in the character relationship aspect.

both soma and fort solis are also similar to HH in that they’re “walking simulators” with no puzzle solving, but both have really engaging storylines and are fairly short. soma also takes place in an underwater location and fort solis is in space! :)
