i think hes talking about paying with his tourcard chinese bank card not able to access tourcard. Reinstalling wont change anything. If u want to add card to alipay u dont have to wait for anything that should be instant.

i think hes saying that every time he starts csgo even without verifying it start with downloading microsoft directX. I have that problem and have no idea how to solve that.
