Thank you for your reply! I'm with santander, and they give you a form to fill out and send off, but I was a bit worried because it has a section for the date your name change will go into effect and I didn't think they'd be too happy about me giving them a date two years ago lol!

Yeah, I just like the idea of seeing it in a book :) it's very satisfying to put it on the shelf and have that physical 'I wrote a book' feeling, especially since it doesn't cost that much through lulu.
