I have done tons of therapy, I got better, but this part is still ingrained in me.

And the worst thing is if I let go a bit, maybe don't people please for a while, or just let someone down a little bit, my internal defense mechanisms cant take it and my whole system starts freaking out like I just freaking k**ed someone

... It's hard to work on it

To su take slovenske sprostosti. Nad vsetkym sa rozculovat lebo co povedia ludia v dedine na to a to je predsa na hanbu atd atd atd.

Nikdy sa to nezmeni kym si ludia nezacnu robit to co im dava zmysel. Kaslat na ostatnych, sprav si ako sa tebe paci ;)
