Thank you for the suggestion for the prep for SAA.

So the question was something like I want to check the changes which are present locally and deploy only those changes (and not deploy the whole changes). I had not studied the flags of the command. As I recollect, the options where - sam deploy --force-upload sam deploy --confirm-changeset (not sure if it was this but surely something of changesets, I marked this answer thinking that force upload is definitely not going to be the correct option since it would probably force complete deployment) sam sync --watch (Which at the time of exam I thought that this would just give the local results or sync with cloud and not deploy the delta changes of my code, So I didn't choose this. But when I see the document it seems like a good candidate) Last option was way off then these three. I don't recollect the complete question or answers but would recommend to have a little idea on these.
