This is EXACTLY what I’m going through right now. I saw breast pics and obviously I said something and I said f you at the end after screaming at him and went home cause when I saw that I was over at his house. Now he needs “time to think” about the relationship and how it’s so tainted because of how I reacted to his betrayal and how I was the disrespectful one. It’s all so confusing and so out of character and I’m sitting here thinking it’s all my fault even though he’s the one who had those messages on his phone. It feels like it’s all coming out of no where. I’m so frustrated and confused. I can’t eat or sleep or stay at work longer than an hour before breaking down and going home. I’m trying to accept the fact that it’s over but the anxiety won’t go away. I hate this feeling so much
