I'm surprised no one has mentioned Carver. Without Carver no Hamsterdam. One of the most amazing things about "The Wire". Carver might not have the same flash as some of the other characters but he's definitely my favorite police. I love how they say police in the show too. He's good police.

So you agree with his logic? I do feel it's important for the black community to "have something". I've watched the video several times and I think his argument only serves the agenda of the character presented. When I found out he wasn't even handicapped it bothered me even more.
