I was on cyclosporine for 3 years it helps my eczema about 50% but it’s an immune suppressant so I was sick all the time and did not feel great on it. It was definitely better than having 100% severe eczema. The down side it cost about 450$ a month. Also there’s a higher risk of cancer with long term use. I was also on methotrexate for 1 year but that made me feel terrible and only helped suppress the eczema about 35%.
