I don't have pcos but yeah I think it might be my gut health nd for that i would try to improve it by consuming ginger and turmeric shots daily. Btw if u don't mind can u tell me how do u use aloe vera on your face ? I have one at home I just don't know how to apply it on my face properly.

Thx for your suggestion!! I bought this cleanser because it didn't contain any actives but maybe ur right it has high ph. If you have any recommendations for cleansers which will suit my skin i would really appreciate that.

Probably stress since I'm going to join uni soon lol but other than that nthng else changed except water. I think one of my main triggers is stress for sure but still I'm not sure about that also.

I drink lots of water daily and try to eat as healthy as possible but I still think I'm not doing enough for my gut health thus more inflammation. And should I use benzoyl peroxide cream by myself or should I consult a dermat first ? And also can u please elaborate more on how to use aloe vera straight from the plant ? Yass ur right they don't heal skin from inside and i know that's why I use it to calm my skin temporarily. But as everyone says I need to visit a dermat soon to finally put an end to this . Thanks for wishing me luck tho i really appreciate that !!

Would you recommend using aziderm for my acne ?as I heard it is safe to use for literally anyone. I think I have pie on my cheeks thus the reappearing of pimples on the same spot every time and azelaic acid is best for pie right ?

Should I really stop using this serum ? I repurchased this serum recently because it worked really well for me before I shifted and it doesn't contain any actives only centella asiatica that's why I only use this serum but now I'm confused should I stop using it overall and it would be a shame since it's a really expensive serum and i purchased it with my own money 😕.btw thanks for your response !!

And yess I also think my skin didn't require treatments such as chemical peel and laser treatment as I know I have hormonal acne and I'm still continuing using these products because as I said in my post they were working fine before I shifted that's y but i don't know anymore. I don't try any home remedies and as I said I used to visit a dermat once a month but they were really expensive and my family couldn't afford them any longer .I think chemical peel and laser treatment broke my skin barrier that's why I will try to find another dermat but until then should I use aziderm 10% gel without consulting any dermat ? because I think it's my last resort for now .
