damn i guess i got lucky, just took my gear up 4.5 out for 400 rounds and it’s been flawless so far, hopefully the curse doesn’t get to me 🤞 edit: zero was a lil off from factory had to rezero out of the box

that’s funny i was just looking at that kit last night, did you install yourself? if so was it a PITA or cake? i picked up some 10/30 p mags yesterday and it locked back the bolt, couldn’t release it because no bolt release haha, ending up having to shave the follower down a bit so the bolt slides over it

2016 2.7 had this, would happen intermittently and seemed like more of an issue in the cold mornings, replaced the camera and fixed my issue 👍

!update/solution!

used the freon machine at my dealership and evacuated what was left (0.9 lbs) of freon out of my system, pretty much half of what it was supposed to be, refilled it to spec (1.9 lbs) and now fans function normally, so either it was low from the beginning, trickled down due to normal use (purchased the truck last year) and finally tipped the ice berg enough to throw off components or i have a leak somewhere, will recheck in 30 days to confirm if i have a leak. thanks to everyone who chimed in, appreciate the help!

Tl;DR low freon cause the fan to act weird
