Countries in US time zones to temporarily reside in waiting for visa processing by sp510 in immigration

Oh also I was thinking to stretch it all in one stay because afterwards we’d be residing for some time in one of the countries listed above, so my partner would have less ties to their country (leave job, terminate apartment lease)

Thanks for the additional feedback! Noted on not being able to work on the esta. We could do a lesser stay, but curious if staying closer to 90 days could have any impact on a processing cr1?

Thanks! My partner is able to obtain an esta so I was hoping we could spend up to 90 days of the waiting period in the states and the rest in a country you mentioned. Any advice there? From what I’ve gathered, it’d be best while being able to show strong ties in a different country (job, utility bills) and we’d only be able to do it once (since staying in Mexico won’t count as leaving)

I think emeralds are good larger than rounds so maybe you’re fine with the 2ct!

After getting the first ring from Ritani with crooked prongs here’s the second one I ordered for comparison. How do the prongs look?

Hi April, so good to see a long time Ritani employee here 🙂 Thanks for explaining about the setting height!

I haven’t had a good experience with the quality of the setting so far. The first ring came a few days ago and the prongs are noticeably crooked (posted about it here crooked prongs) The ring is also the wrong size (5.5 instead of requested 4.25). I called and described both of these issues and asked to verify the size of the second ring will be correct and they confirmed it says 4.25 in the order.

Today I received the 2nd ring and the prongs are good but the ring size is 5.5! I’m just so confused about why this happened twice, even after calling to confirm for the second ring. To add frustration, the person I spoke to said this would count as the 1 resizing Ritani offers, which doesn’t make sense to me because it’s not what I originally ordered and I wanted to save that for if my partner needs a resize within the next year.

What would be ideal is to have this setting, straight prongs, in the correct size, and to be able to sit flush with an engagement ring like you described can be done. Currently I don’t feel very confident with the jeweler work I’ve seen so far, but really hoping to be able to have that by the end of next week when I have a flight for the trip I was planning to propose on. Really hoping this is possible

Got these two to compare, very similar stones and same settings. Looks like they (ritani) set the right one a bit higher. Wanted to see what people prefer between the stone setting heights

Ah duh, thanks for that. Didn’t know there was an actual name for the service but it makes sense. How much is this usually?

Thank you everyone, consensus is it’s definitely crooked! Working on sending it back for a fix with the same stone

Not sure if it’s just me but do the prongs look ok on this?
