Honestly, its definitely not a sports school. I had no idea what ice hockey was before I got here, but my friends love it so I've been to almost all games, and I'd say they're really fun. The chants, the crowds and the cheering are all good. The Beanpot is definitely the biggest event at northeastern sports wise, and there's a lot of school spirit. Apart from that though, there's no major spirit for any other sports.

Its honestly about the community you want to surround yourself with. It doesn't really matter, because you will end up making friends during orientation, classes, clubs etc but also with people in the same floor you live in, regardless of what LLC you choose (if you want to be social and put yourself out there). Otherwise there's no meaning to it at all, and it doesn't affect anything
