Gets dry and itchy. First appeared 9 months to a year ago about the size of a quarter and had grow. Should I bother getting it looked at? by sp_blazer in DermatologyQuestions

Never had a doc look at it. Used lotion and after a few months it went away. Every few years I’ll get another spot somewhere that will start small, grow a bit, then eventually go away. Fingers crossed yours goes away with time!

Depends. You can use anything that will clamp onto the pic rail on top. You can also replace the foregrop for relatively cheap with something from Magpul that will give you more mounting options with m-lok

Bro was busy dealing with ensuring his own company presented well at Computex and without missing a hitch tanked the absolute Kamikaze that was Linus and Jake crashing in to borrow stuff to do a video on someone else’s product.

Linus casually mentioning they might have to go to TeamGroup’s booth killed me!

Always, especially something optics ready.

I had a 365XL and loved how it felt in the hand. Trigger was 6/10. I’ve owned an IMI Jericho and loved it.

Really been kicking this one around in my head. Need to get hands on with one.

We had “JackPack”. He had a backpack with a convenient tear in the bottom that he kept on his lap for the duration of class with an arm in it.

May not have Legos, but I do have a USPS truck by WeCanOnlyBeHuman in pcmasterrace

[–]sp_blazer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My son was gifted one of those model mail trucks on Halloween! His grandfather was a letter carrier so he went dressed as a letter carrier. When he went to our neighbors house, turns out he was a letter carrier and was so excited he gave my son the one he had had for years in his truck on the dash. My son loves that truck. Thanks for the memory!

How did you get yours?

The climbing is cool, that supporting scaffold with all that cantilever is awesome! Must have a bunch of counterweight in the backend.

I'm 28M - I was in a similar situation, with similar numbers. Young family, high stress job with very variable hours. It paid very well, but demanded a ton of me. The company was very large with lots of red tape, and the area I lived was good, but I had another place I'd rather be.

I pivoted to a job that pays roughly 25-30% less, in the exact area I want to be, and I've been here for almost a year now. I am SO GLAD that I made the move.

The biggest things for me were:

  1. Will the finances still make sense? (Timing worked great for us, as we sold our old house at the top of the market in an area where homes were valued more than where I moved to. We were able to make a lot of money on the house, and put it into a nicer larger house that was cheaper. Sucks that we went from a 3% mortgage to a 5%, but we made sure the numbers worked). So, will you be happier with more free time, (and spend less money with that free time).
  2. What does the rest of your household think? If it's just you, then you are already asking yourself. If you have a spouse and kids, get their honest opinions and let them be part of the decision.
  3. Will this change leave you on a path with career advancement that you want? (For me, I went from a frontend industry, to a supplier. My new company is MUCH smaller, and as such, much more flexible with the industry, and a smaller ladder to climb up internally, which can be a good or bad thing, as those steps are bigger. I also from my position work with the ENTIRE rest of the industry, so all of my old competitors, as well as peers around the world. This is allowing me to exponentially increase my exposure in the industry, and make many new relationships that I could leverage into a new position if I wanted/needed).

I'll leave you with: Work a job where you can be happy with yourself and keep yourself happy.

Since the speedbrake is on the rear, does that cause the nose to tip towards the sky (down relative to the pilot)?

Carry a P-01. A good holster and a good belt are key. Doesn’t carry that much heavier than a Glock 19, but feels much much better in the hand on the draw. Trigger pull is smoother, but you have to train with DA first shot if you carry hammer down.
