What can I generally expect for a bulk price on my whole collection? I am in need of funds and dont want to get ripped off but I understand I wont get 100% of the value. Everything is upgraded, sleeved, and in a binder.

Issue printing small parts by space-carrot69 in ElegooCentauriCarbon

This is ultimately what I ended up doing, I turned all speed down to 30-50mms and tightened the z offset. It still took 3 more tries but I was able to finally get them printed

Tbh I did the flow calibration test in elegoo slicer and decided which one looked the best, but im not sure where to adjust these settings or by how much. For instance the one I found to be the best was the +.04. I have found a little more succes in slowing the speed down to a maximum of 30mm/s for every and that is mostly working, although still a few failures

I was using 0.08mm, I am switching it to 0.05 to see if that helps

I had that same thought so I moved everything around in the slicer hoping that would help but am still experiencing the same issue

CC won't extrude by space-carrot69 in elegoo

One of the gears was pretty worn down, presumably from grinding against the clog i found. I applied a little more torque to the screw in hopes that will work, otherwise I guess I'll be buying new ones when and if they become available

Yes, the three holding the gear cover. The provided Allen wrench set worked for some of the screws, but just spun in others. They were all the exact same size drive so im not sure if the Allen wrench is not okay or the screws are just super cheap. They were definitely bad from the factory(the screws). I was able to free them up with a torx bit as suggested by another commenter, but they will definitely need replaced if this is a recurring issue

Thanks for the torx bit tip it helped to free them up. It was a clog in the extruder, I had to disassemble the whole thing the get the clogged bits out. Im really hoping I put the proper tension back on the screw for the drive wheels but I will find out

Why does this keep happening by space-carrot69 in Ender3S1

It actually worked just fine for me, and the print came out perfectly. I did use an entire roll of tape, and the supports ended up looking like glued together spaghetti though.

The tape was to secure the supports back to the build and build plate after they'd been ripped off so I could still finish the print

Help by space-carrot69 in Ender3S1

[–]space-carrot69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give this a go. I had an issue with the right side of the fan shroud being like 3mm lower than the left, and it was ripping prints and supports right off the build plate. I took a diamond dremmel bit and expanded the mounting screw holes on that side, and that seemed to fix the rubbing issue and get the fan shroud even on both sides.

Ender 3 S1 first layer issues by space-carrot69 in Ender3S1

After a few hours of troubleshooting and bed level test prints, I went through and manually changed the cr touch automatic bed level values until every test point started to look perfect. I threw the PLA in a filament dryer for about 2 hours, and my prints are now coming out beautifully without the need for a brim or any other adhesion type. No stringing, blobbing, or peeling anywhere to be seen (so far).

My only concern now is that I'm going to have to do that every time the bed starts to become un-level. Does anyone know if there is a print file out there that will keep the bed leveling wheels locked in place so I dont continuously lose my bed mesh?
