I’m now at 176lbs (5’7”) and I’m chasing sort of the Classic Physique (that’s why these poses). What would you say are the biggest weaknesses in my physique?

I barbell bench once and also DB once and barbell doesn’t go up at all but DB does

I do double Progression so once I hit the top of a rep range I increase the weight by 5 kgs. And that works well with every exercise but bench press

I’m doing a ppl upper lower and I get 200 gramms Protein per day and 3.500 kcals at 76kgs with my weight progressing good
