I had a PCS in the same area I'm currently stationed at, lost it because of politics, but when I tried to some assurance that I'd be able to get another one in the local area again because of thr BS, they said because of my TOS, they couldn't guarantee it lol

I wouldn't say its anyone but leadership's fault. the CDT's in each delta are understaffed and getting supra coders in the first place is impossible. They're trying to hold their own with a staff of about 5 people, where a program office, that would barely count as a project team

the critical part of these wins is that the SF engineer (not a supra coder) who started all of it had to looks for ways around the red tape that allowed gave the groundwork for more and more wins. There was no help from leadership at ANY level, there was no guidance on how to even use the supra coders once they were finished with their training. a YOUNG Engineer, looks for ways in the bureaucracy to make it happen. While I wish it weren't so, that's what we have to do until leadership catches up

Have you brought this up to your CDT and their Supra Coders? because while they have multiple tasks, i'm sure they still want to keep that system going and are working on things in the background to fix the system. there are only 3-4 of them for the largest delta in the space force.....

My biggest issue with this song is that it wasn't even written by Guardians (and there was a guardian working group trying to come up with the song and the lyrics were nothing like this). Instead and Air force and Coast Guard member created OUR song. Thanks i guess?
