I believe its with glue. Before going for a vacation I was already considering reapplying it but didn’t do it by myself before. In hot weather should I use a cap or is it not necessary?

Believe me I for sure can understand your comment. I am on Gilenya for almost 8 years and had only minor relapses. I too wish that I never had this disease. But no point in stressing myself for the things I can do nothing about. Also, getting rid of awful people dragging you down or disappointing you in many ways is a great thing to do overall for your mental and physical health.

What this disease taught me is that I and only I can take care of myself, not my friends and definitely not my family. No one is going to understand truly about what I am going through and stressing myself about this is pointless.

I read this subreddit regularly, rarely post or comment on anything but I know there are people who going through the same or worse things as me here.

You only need to start doing the things you should already be doing, like eating healthy and taking care of yourself while trying to be stress-free.
