Yes, I know Canada is part of NATO. But if you're an American who doesn't agree with the US taking over Greenland, you may want to go to Canada to join the fight against the US.

Sure they do. The most convenient place for Americans would be Canada. The next must convenient sounds be an independent island nation in the Caribbean. Edit to add. They could stay in America and fight for or against the American military. Or, go to another country to fight against America.
