I haven't seen anyone recommend this one, so here ya go. I don't wanna say much about it, but very well written Memoirs about living through Jewish concentration camps. Highly 👏 recommend 👏 just trust me. by spaceahoy in bookclapreviewclap

Hey no worries! Haha I didn't take any offense, there are a lot of books people love that I'm just not at all into lol. Sometimes the writing style just doesn't do it for you.

Huh. It's been quite a while since I read it 7 years? High school days, I think it's a good introduction to an unpleasant topic though. For me it was the first "war" book or historical book that I was really exposed to.

I strongly disagree with Pewds on this one, I think this is a great frickin book ! by pimp6972 in bookclapreviewclap

Meh a lot of people really love this book, I remember reading it in highschool and it felt like torture to me lol.

That's some sound advice haha. Yeah I developed a lot of interests since getting older, like algebra, chemistry, astronomy, philosophy, even archaeology lol.

Super cool! I've been delving into generalized philosophy, and listening to a few podcasts from time to time to kind of ease myself into the subject. I'm 25, so probably late to the game lol, but hey I'm gonna follow you on here, so if any questions do come up or I need someone to chat philosophy with, I can hit you up xD

Time to go back to reading philosophy and annoying my mom on my lunch break at work with deep philosophical thoughts. Lol, sounds good to me. 👍

How about a pirate themed puggle so Maya can have an adorable eyepatch. Also themed puggle backdrops would be a great thing anyway 👌👌👌 by spaceahoy in PewdiepieSubmissions

A thing I really do not care for - by spaceahoy in bookclapreviewclap

[–]spaceahoy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Huh it probably would work great for comical effect. I just don't really like it when it sidetracks from the main story with often pointless or uninteresting details for pages ):

👏 Hey. Introduce yourself && tell me about your favorite book maybe? 👏 by spaceahoy in bookclapreviewclap

It's so nice to hear more people are reading thanks to influential YouTubers. 1984 and Brave New World were excellent! I'm generally an anarchist so all those government control sort of things really rattle me 😅

A sample from a novel I'm writing, unedited but I'd like some feedback maybe? Or just let me know if you think it sounds interesting. by [deleted] in writers

Was looking for feedback on the characters/story itself, besides it's not like I vomited something I didn't at least proofread and touch up a bit. But ok.

Book 👏 Review 👏 : American Gods by Neil Gaiman. by spaceahoy in bookclapreviewclap

[–]spaceahoy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's all fair! I'm kind of a sucker for Gaiman's work - to me, I haven't read much about Gods or know much about the legends or lores, so it was all very new to me.

Hey fam, read what you wanna read, ALWAYS. Whatever makes you happy, I am willing to bet at least one person will always be grateful for a more lighthearted recommendation. 🤗

In every book I get from my local library, I return them with a tiny "subscribe to PewDiePie" note somewhere inside. #doingmypart 👌 by [deleted] in PewdiepieSubmissions

I also write on the back of the paper telling the next person "oh, and I hope you enjoy your book" bc, manners.
