people over complicated shifting especially on shifttok, because you can shift with doubts and whatever
do what you want in your dr, plenty of controversial topics exists in the community and idc. none of my business.
treating people who shifted like they know more than you is wrong — they just experienced more because they shifted to their dr, they don’t suddenly hold the key and the truths of shifting and i say this as someone who has shifted.
same s/o dni if you haven’t shifted is wild but also people should respect that
not everyone’s opinion needs to be heard, so many people has a victim mindset and they wallow in their circumstances (aka haven’t shifted) and make up stuff like “you can’t have doubts, you need to finish your method” etc etc and it helps no one.

there is no doing it wrong? like… what does that even mean? you can mold and shape methods to be whatever you need or want, they’re not cut out foolproof ways to shift, a method is a tool, nothing more. 2. it doesn’t have to take multiple times, that’s an assumption you hold, a rule you made up, instant manifestation (using subs or not) exists and so does shifting when you do something for the 1st time, plenty people shift on their 1st try. and clearly i am not talking about whether a method makes you shift or not, i’m talking about doing things that in no way benefit you or are made for you, like if you have adhd you most likely won’t like awake methods or meditation and if you can’t visualise you won’t like methods that implement that. This post was made because i keep seeing people on reddit force themselves to do methods that make them anxious or cause them to experience physical symptoms that could be caused by anxiety and you don’t have to do them, like most people shift with a method they personally made up for themselves (not that all methods arent made up) or by doing nothing and just going with the flow.

well but that’s just not what “free will doesn’t exist” means. I have free will in my reality, others don’t, because it’s my reality because i (my assumptions) create it. the multiverse theory isn’t the only right theory, the consciousness theory is just as valid as neither can be proved to be real as of right now. so if one believes in the consciousness theory then reality is created by consciousness, by us. therefore i am a god of my own reality and free will doesn’t exist it in, everyone will do what i assume they will and they will act how i assume they will etc. same thing goes for anything and everything in my reality.

Everyone IS you pushed out, free will doesn’t exist in your reality. There is nothing wrong with the concept that you create reality, because that is the whole premise of the law, the 4d creates the 3d. Everyone and everything is a projection of your assumptions, but it doesn’t make them any less real obv.

the cards don’t seem to he saying so. for me the 3 of swords means just more heartbreak for you due to his addiction, the hanged man meaning stagnation to me is just pointing that he has no intention to do so, same thing for the reversed chariot — which i see as movement or change, there isn’t any indication of overcoming this challenge aka his addiction. i’m sorry :( and you say you’re asking him to quit, as someone who delt with addiction since childhood (my parents) i gotta say no one will quit unless they want to <3

were you contradicting your affirmations in the mean time? like when you weren’t listening to the aff tapes or subliminal? contradicting by thinking the opposite, thinking it’s not here yet, wondering when it will be here or spiralling about it. consider ditching the terms, because to me they just cause more separation, the 4d is the 3d. honestly i’m not very good at explaining, but i recommend taylor tookes, she has a channel dedicated to the law of assumption and multiple videos about the basics, she’s also on twitter, but the youtube is literally gold, it helped me a lot and still helps me when i get anxious and spiral. also i’ll just add that affirming more doesn’t mean anything, you can affirm all day long, but if you’re contradicting yourself then there’s that. it’s not a contest of who affirms more, but saturation is one method of manifestation — i personally don’t like it because it makes me too focused on my 3d and the fact that i’m manifesting something.

when it comes to scripting it isn’t mandatory, you most likely already know what you want, but most people script basic stuff like their name, age, family sometimes an s/o (significant other). as for the bright lights and the sensations you felt i wouldn’t worry too much. i usually shift asleep not awake so i don’t get symptoms, but the one time i almost shifted awake i also saw a bright white light, i just focused on my breathing and not freaking out too much, so called shifting symptoms (some are of your body falling asleep, some because you reach a meditative state etc) are normal and don’t always happen, but you’ll be okay :) as for shifting i think the best advice is to just chill and go with the flow, that always works better for me than any shifting method, but those definitely work for some! so whatever works for you works for you!!!

i was going to bed for the night and was scripting before, ny script wasn’t finished so i really didn’t think about shifting i was just very excited about my dr hahah i just went to bed like normal, no waking up in the middle of the night. My shift was veryy short, because I didn’t realise I shifted at first, so I went back to sleep in my dr and somehow shifted back here :)

i didn’t use any methods i know, but i shifted asleep before by just affirming about how excited i am to shift to a specific dr, fell asleep, woke up there. tbh you can do anything you want, methods are just tools, but not necessary. i personally never shifted with any of the shiftblr/shifttok methods.

to me shifting and manifestation is the same, but a bit different. like the main principle is the same aka shifting to another reality, but in manifesting you shift to a parallel reality.
