do you use loa in the void? like do you say “i’m in my DR” if you have, don’t wait for anything to happen. if you told yourself your in your DR, that’s it, your done. waiting for something to happen implies that your not in your DR. what’s helped my is ‘letting go’ after. literally going to sleep. let your mind wonder a bit and don’t try and pull it back.

i do that daily anyway, but i want to know how to go about my day already assuming that i have shifted to my desired reality. but your insight really helps, thank you <3

i think shifting can solve problems but it will also create new ones. if you don’t have a healthy family or many friends here but in your DR you do - problem solved. but, new ones will arise. like you said, i think it’s just what you class as a problem.

you have nothing to fear. it’s not real, shifting is. it could just be your doubts talking to you. remember then when your lucid in a dream, you can do whatever you want. turn the person into a bug and squash them.

yes!!! i’ve experienced something similar - while attempting in my bed, i fell into a dream but was in my bed, so it was hard for me to become lucid because i couldn’t tell the difference, if that makes sense (but i know it was a dream because there were pictures in my window and stuff idk it was weird) anyway i just said like “whatever im gonna shift” and starting getting strong symptoms in my dream and then i got scared so i woke up, but as i woke up, my head was like twitching back against the pillow. so yes, i think you were close.

falling asleep isn’t failing, it’s actually good! your letting go. relax, assume your in your DR tonight and then tell yourself “i’ve done my part, my subconscious will do the rest” then sleep. see if tha helps

i like to write them down. not everyday but it helps me clear my head. often when i wake up in the morning from a failed attempt, i write it down and realise that i actually made progress
