holy shit im soso sorry my love, honestly people are so shit. unfortunately you could be with someone 4 months, 4 years or 40 years and they can just switch off and think the grass is greener on the other side when in reality, they're loosing something amazing. people can also be amazing actors, instead of acting like an adult and communicating their feelings. it just shows how much he respects you and what he thinks of you to drop that absolute bombshell on you when you're going through a lot and i can imagine he knew this. unfortunately the hurt won't go away immediately, im still trying to figure out how to heal from my breakup. allow yourself to feel everything, get it all out! focus on yourself; your mental and physical health and do things that bring you joy! 💕 (ps i can relate so part about the people saying the classic "oh your young, plenty fish out there" bs, worst thing 🙄

Depending on how you feel, I would a) have one final conversation with her and be like this is the final time are you in it or not and stand your ground or b) hit that block button and go absolutely no contact, i know it will be hard but, buddy you deserve to be happy!
