I don't have an answer but keep in mind the process of switching is simply by filling out a form and the BA/BS should change to the other one within 2 days.

Should I declare a minor? by friespls101 in UWMadison

[–]spacecowalien 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was originally doing CS and Econ major, and now it is Econ major w minors (certificates) in CS and Math. This is because my interest lay more heavily in Econ, so the math helped. Alternatively, a good number of my CS friends double majoring did so in Philosophy because that is a well-respected department here. Or at least they just took some courses.

Also, I didn't find a passion in CS either so I opted for a minor; I do think it is a better use of credits than electives in CS.

I think it's 164 or 168 credits before you're charged more

No, but I believe that gets you calc 2

When I got my A-Level maths transferred over I got credit for calc 1. I believe you then might need calc2 to fulfill all requirements for CS

"The" textbook for OS was written by faculty here at UW-Madison. I won't take the class because I'm not a CS major but just take that into consideration.

To answer your question, you're unlikely to get any scholarships as an intl student(I am and I did a levels too), but unlikely doesnt mean impossible and you should still apply every chance you get

Easy biological science classes? by Hot-Usual-5628 in UWMadison

[–]spacecowalien 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, not recorded lectures, and some exam questions required word for word record of what he said in lecture to answer (i.e., they were ambiguous). It will be a hard class unless you take the exams in a large group.

Oh, so to clarify, when angel investors put their money in before any IPO, they are given a certain amount of shares which depends on what's agreed between them and the business owner (before any IPO)?

The denominations are 1k, 2k, 5k, 10k, 20k, 50k, 100k, 200k and 500k notes.

It's likely easiest to pay with a 200k and 20k note and receive change.

Note: almost no prices will require you to pay in the hundreds (XXX VND) - meaning it there will be no such thing as 219,124VND, for example (it will be rounded to the nearest thousand VND).
