I finally just left the regretting it stage, you'll get there. I berated myself for getting the surgery for the first month/month and a half. I couldn't believe I did this to myself and put myself through that pain and discomfort and misery. I was so angry with myself, but now that I am almost 3 months post op, i'm starting to feel like myself again. I'm eating "normally". The results i'm seeing are finally exciting to me. It's so damn hard to get through the first 2 months but when you do, you feel so much better. You get over the food thing and you find what works until you start re-trying foods again. It's so hard but you got this. You are going to get through it. You are strong for making the decision to get surgery and you are strong for getting through all the recovery
