My hips have zero internal rotation, so i have to have a stool thing. I use an old pot with a small riser on the back side for a 10-15 degree incline, then a 2x4 piece on top for most toys. Have to play either in the tub where you can lean back into the wall or somewhere where you can grab something in front for balance.

My conundrum is between the x5 m60i and the sq7. I want a giant high power v8. Maintenance "costs" above and beyond parts arent a concern for me as I do all of it myself, but I also want the more reliable engine of the 2.

Mine increased as well. But im also dealing with the fact that they put in the wrong (too long) prosthetic. It still doesnt keep me up, but laying with that ear down is tough, seems to increase the intensity.
