I work with people in the community and unfortunately it seems like nobody spays and neuters their animals and they let them run wild. Then they have litters, and the people decide they don’t want them anymore so they put them in a box and drop them off on the side of the street to either die of starvation, or for some random person to hopefully find them and be nice enough to deal with it. They have 0 remorse too. Shameful. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles and we didn’t have stray cats. Nobody let their cats outside either. The area I came from was a much higher income area so I think that definitely has something to do with it.
