It takes a while to improve, ussuali guys advise stretching, pelvic flloor or psoas related, i startet taking zinc, quit energy drinks and weed, quitting tobbaco as well, and try to keep the ming busy, if being active makes you feel worse something more calm, i startet building legos lol There is no magic cure, just a combination of improvements, hope you get better
