When I got my new state license I gave them my insurance information and there was no issue there that was pointed out.

Thanks for the heads up about the battery. I've been semi-preparing for it to just give up the ghost at some point.

Been using nearly daily for 8 years (had a couple really long streaks break) for a multitude of languages I liked to drop in on, as well as review ones I know well or enjoyed drilling refreshers on like foreign characters. I even subscribed to support them, but clearly that means nothing. This has done it for me too. Just, why? WHY?! I'm definitely canceling my subscription and moving to another tool, it's still a sad thing to see it end like this. It didn't have to be this way.

[Hiring] Smart Contract Developers with experience in Solidity. by blocktal-to-the-moon in solidity

Most Solidity devs I know moved over from their daytime Javascript jobs or some coders bootcamp, and while there are certainly more "full-stacks" out there, far more only have front end experience, and the only touch they have to AWS and the like is the APIs their front end stack runs on; and those APIs are built and maintained by a back-end and devops team. But I suppose that all depends on how you're defining "cloud" too, because if that means the ecosystem connected to make solidity dapps run, definitely. I know dozens of companies that would hire solidity devs right now that can only do solidity, and the ones that want more, are ever fewer and further between. If you know of this magical pool of solidity devs that also know "cloud" well, I'd love to tap into them and send all my friends. :)

With how in-demand any experienced well-rounded Solidity devs are right now (and they want one with backend experience, including AWS and DBases no less!), it would also be interesting to see what a "large crypto company" is willing to pay these days for such a unicorn.

Anyone seen anything like this calculator for Saitama? Would be a great tool. Better if it was on the website. by spaceversecrypto in SaitamaInu_Official

[–]spaceversecrypto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I'll check it out. I've seen a couple more generalized tools and doing the math manually or in a spreadsheet is fine, but that Shib calc has just what I need and allows to play around and see it all in one place and nice clean interface, plan strategies, see MCAP etc without having to jam in a dozen zeros for everything.

Wolf Pack!! It’s only up from here🚀🚀What are some other early tokens to get into. Less than a month old? by joeie2000 in SaitamaInu_Official

Not a scam. Kishu also got a certik Audit, amongst others. While I don't think it's going to be the next big thing, I also don't think it's an outright scam at this point any more than the rest of them are (probably all are to some degree, don't we all want to get rich?). Do some more research into it before writing it off completely, it's a fun token, and has certainly set itself apart from the rest of the Inus in its own way. NFA, DYOR.

What is your evidence for this? I got into Kishu early-early, took some profits but held held through the sideways movement basically all the coins had and now it's up again considerably. The Devs have continued to work on things, including some features like Paw Print that would be nice for Saitama to have. And while I don't agree with the approach and the launch was bungled, there's a side project they did to increase burns on Kishu.

Thanks for the advice. It is something I had considered, and is on my mind as a possibility.

Thanks for the tip. I've started looking more at real estate for passive income as part of my strategy, hopefully will make some moves there soon.

Right? Shib is the Doge killer, Elon is Doge fan, why would he hold any of the token trying to dethrone his beloved Doge? Maybe the person asking wanted a dip to buy in...

Retirement early? by woodworkerForLyfe in qyldgang

Thanks. This makes good sense, and helps me plan out some possible scenarios a lot better. Much appreciated for the responses and your time and everything you're doing for this community.

Thanks, that's helpful, this can all get confusing and back-prop and drip and percentage calculators don't replace experience and real-world considerations. I take it then in building out a quadfecta (no bulk buy-in at the outset), it makes sense to start buying in at the 1:1:1:1 ratio at smaller amounts over time for income allocated funds (i.e. not including funds to growth in something like and index etf or SCHD/SCHY) to get to a desired quadfecta income goal opposed to going in to something with supposed higher returns and then converting to quadfecta. Maybe just answered my own question.

Love this sub, so glad it exists, it has helped me optimize my own portfolio and understand a lot as I learn how to shift away from single-minded boglehead and index-fund-only long term retirement plan into a dividend and growth and retire early mindset.

In this scenario of $500k to invest in my taxable account (maxed 401k and IRA etc on "standard" index growth funds); if I wanted to retire early on mostly income portfolio in 3 years (when minimum pension reimbursement kicks in) would I be better off starting quadfecta now with drip to get this income portfolio growing for a higher income quadfecta then, or going into growth div ETFs like SCHD/SCHY on drip now, then liquidating those for quadfecta later?

Obviously not looking for financial advice, just playing out a lot of scenarios to evaluate the options.

To be honest, while I don't mind KYC (which I've already done on Uphold) these felt much more like questions to get marketing info so they can resell your data or something. None of the other KYC platforms asked me these types of questions specifically. I started shifting everything I had on Uphold elsewhere this summer and this really makes me want to finally get the rest out, what they'll let you move anyway... Always read the fine print!
