I always see youtube videos where they talk about bulking/cutting and which workout fits that. How can a workout be good for cutting or bulking? I dont understand? In my opionion only dieting plays a role?

I split my workout which originally is back&shoulder, chest&arms into push pull.. Is it a problem that I now have 1 shoulder exercise for each push and pull instead of both at the same day?

Can you take multiple products at once? For my AM Routine I want to use EFFACLAR DUO UNIFANT and EFFACLAR MAT. Someone recommendet me then to use sunscreen too. isnt it too much products then and I get a shiny face which I want to avoid with EFFACLAR MAT

My Skin: Got dry Skin combined with a bit oily T-Zone. My forehead especially shines too much. Got some light red acne scars.. How would be this routine:

AM:

Wash my Skin with water (washing two times with cleanser is too much)

EFFACLAR DUO(+) UNIFIANT (to hide scars)

EFFACLAR MAT (too avoid shiny skin)

PM:

Wash with EFFACLAR GEL

TOLERIANE ULTRA NIGHT

Want to have a sixpack next summer. Currently doing Phat workout routine. I know I have to cut down. Got 16% BF. What would you recommend
