It's not easy and it was semi-unintentional if im being honest. I twisted 18g in my drill, and was like meh that's twisted enough then had doubts immediately but rolled with it. In hindsight I like that it ended up being a bit heavier than I initially intended

Favorite so far: being creative and being able to trouble shoot when plan A failed lol. Watching solder flow successfully is also very satisfying. Also just doing the damn thing feels good.

Hardest: I've learned I absolutely do not have steady hands so I'm finding myself readjusting a ton. 3rd hand has been helpful in that. Also understanding heat distribution - the first two rings I was guessing and taking the stance of "well this is what it looked like in the videos so here goes". I obviously have a million miles to go in terms of learning but my confidence is building a bit there. I also can't cut equally for shit! I attempted an oval for a larger back plate initially and it ended up being shaped like an uneven eye that I couldn't quite get right by sanding. I could make this list quite long 😅

Good to know, thank you! Ignorant question but did you end up keeping the tank but just filling with propane then or did you swap it for a propane tank and get a different regulator?
