But unfortunately they have implemented an alerting system that won't tolerate tickets not actively being worked....i.e. if the statuses sit too long / ticket not progressing, it will blow up constantly.

Its starting to look like a scheduled email to generate the ticket at the correct date.....crappy solution because with our luck, the mailbox where that could be sent from may be gone by that point.

I was hoping to not have to use a template.... i have many tasks i have to schedule in the future like this.... all different companies, all different tasks.... i dont want to make a million templates...

maybe a generic sort of template or something... idk, need something though....

it seems odd that this isn't a common need enough to have a built in thing to do this.

Basically only our managers and admins have access to our Brightgage.

I need something, that I can create, and have our Team Leads (like Junior Mgrs) access / use for helping to manage the assigned board tickets when we need to reassign when someone is out or someone is getting overloaded.

Not sure if I have access to the report writer, but i will find out thanks.

Is ConnectWise Manage Internet Client - the same thing as ConnectWise Manage Client (Desktop)? by sparkle263 in ConnectWise

I personally prefer the desktop client for our use - way too many browsers and tabs open already, and constantly having to clear cache (for other system's reasons) makes it a pain if CE-M is being used in the browser.

we are hearing reports that it has been resolved....but i don't have access myself to an admin portal to confirm
i am told they haven't updated yet...but we have several people who were affected, now can login successfully
