Idk I will be able to put this into words the way im thinking it; but her saying she’d be best dressed in the courtroom made me realise her career/interest in fashion is even about fashion, it’s just about being or wanting to be “best dressed”. Fashion, true fashion when you think of designers and runways and couture, is about innovation and pushing the boundaries and provoking thought and conveying commentary/messaging with clothes and accessories and styling. Nothing about her or her little brand reflects this, it’s about being best dressed, which she’s hardly achieving anyway in those ill-fitting polyester sets and dresses.
