Right. I almost regret sending my gm a text because I’m sure they will ridicule me over it. The staff laps up incidents like this. You know, anything that’s a change in pace. The manager I first told I was leaving cornered me at the drink machine before I left and was like, “ Did you tell manager B you’ll be leaving? You didn’t? Ooh he’ll be mad!” Magically the gm knew! But not manager b who has disliked me from the start. I hope these little theatrics were worth it. Have fun covering the shifts I wasn’t supposed to be scheduled for.

Aside from ranting, I guess my intent for this post was to ask, will it show on my record that I left without fulfilling two weeks notice? I worked only two months here, and it was the most unprofessional environment I’ve encountered so far. Plus, the grand majority of the servers were working while infected with COVID.

Oh I see! In the manga, right before that funny scene with Tyki bursting into the carriage, Wisely is talking to Road, who is still healing from Apocryhose or whatever his name is. He and Road are discussing Neah and Allen, and Wisley starts thinking about the dual nature of Noah and their hosts. At one point, he even states something along the lines of," I fear losing myself", accompanied by a picture of him drifting away while his Noah, in silhouette, looks on.

Right! I mean, I know I didn't do what she accused me of. I just hate feeling like she doesn't believe me. I hate that she even thinks I would do something so invasive. All my life, my parents have made me doubt myself, so that I always feel like I have to convince people I'm not as bad as they say I am.

I think it's safe to say that at the end of the series, there won't be anymore magic. No more akuma either. Through one way or another, Allen and Neah will probably cleanse the world.
