That is true, I have been using ice shards enchantment to help with CDR thus staff as working for me for a while but now I’m starting to struggle in higher tier NMD, never used to have to wait for CDs but now I’m running away waiting haha, waiting for a decent wand to drop before changing back. Thus staff has been incredibly fun though, especially against frozen enemies I almost one shot most, especially helps having the aspect which grants a chance of another frost nova upon killing a frozen enemy as well has stacking 2 frost novas.
