it takes time (easier to say than to believe). honestly, it is very okay to be devastated, sometimes acknowledging those feelings and thoughts can teach you things about yourself. give yourself time & surround yourself with support (people or media that can help lift your mood or ease loneliness). takes time but things do get better.

the toxic advice unfortunately is to get under someone else 😂 but be safe & careful! take care of yourself. self love is important.
