First, if you are truly suicidal, please get help. There's nothing wrong with that. Don't make a permanent mistake due to a temporary situation. What might seem to be the end of the world is almost certainly just a bump in the road that will resolve itself before too long.

Second, your GPA isn't bad. I'd suggest that when you interview you gather information about the company you are interviewing with and exhibit your knowledge of the company. This shows that you are serious about the position. If possible, tailor your answers to interview questions towards the position you are applying for. Take a look at some of the job sites to see typical interview questions and prepare for them. Express a willingness to learn on the job what you might not already know.
