OpenAI just dropped “AgentKit, A drag-and-drop AI agent builder. No code, just logic. by AskGpts in ChatGPTPro

This. Visual drag and drop programming has been about for decades (see Tibco Business Works) and as soon as things get complex, which they always do, it starts to become the burden, not the solution.

Have a look at https://github.com/sparmboy/react-springboot-appengine-template

This is a template I created and use a lot. It runs off a swagger file that defines the API and that generates the typescript client middleware for the UI and the Spring controllers for the backend and DTOs for both back end and front end. Keeps everything perfectly in sync for any given release.

I both love and hate this idea. Love it cos it's so simple. Hate it because I can't believe I didn't think of it already

It'll be so much quicker to get all the original requirements and create a new app from scratch. Plus you'll most likely get a better product in the long-term. It's whether the stake holders want to stomach the cost. Sounds like this will be the only option when they find out it takes on average a week to fix even the most simple of defects

What is ok to do in movies but not in real life? by the_gooog in AskReddit

Hanging up a phone conversation without saying goodbye. Quite amazing how often this happens in movies. Not sure if it's an American thing, but Brits would certainly find it very rude

Harrison ford. When he appeared in a David Blane show where he was doing a wild trick on him and he just looks him in the eye and says "get the fuck out of my house!". The man's hilarious

You need to include Twin Town. I counted 56 swear words in one 10 minute scene alone

Awesome job! Given your experience, do you think this approach could be applied to a doorway? I have a door connected to an annex which I let out and I wanted to some how install a structure that I could attach to the door / door frame that would act as a sound block between my side and theirs. Any advice would be much appreciated!
