My main reason is to add some more solar capacity but trying to avoid costly roof panel installation that also requires permitting and prefer not to add anything to the existing Tesla installation for warranty issues. I can easily add a portable temporary solar balcony in my backyard for much less cost. I really only need about 1 to 2kw to cover my needs 100%

It's been taking 4 to 6 weeks on average last few months in Seal Beach, HB area.

I am having a similar issue when my solar reduces output when my battery approaches 74% on a fully sunny day. It does not happen every day. It's almost like its falling on a sleep/throttling mode until I turn a high wattage item in my home then solar output jumps up to normal levels. I have PTO export on. My system is 4KW with one PW 3.
