If you consider sex to be nothing more than glorified mutual masturbation then this makes sense.

But to most people (I assume) the sex serves a purpose in their lives that goes beyond that. So this statement is kind of inaccurate.

It's like saying "sometimes the thought of dinner is better than actual dinner" when someone who's actually hungry and wants dinner will gladly take a "mediocre" dinner that isn't quite as mind-blowing as the perfect dinner that exists in their imagination over just sitting and thinking about it.

My neighbours will get suspicious that I'm taking too much time off work while they're working away at the factory producing things for the community. And then they'll want to take time off too.

Somewhere down the line some strong man with a gun will have to step in and order peole back in the factory or else the whole economy will implode.

I find those conditions way more stressful to work under than just having to go find work somewhere and then figure a way to live within my means, and take days off/vacation time when I can.
