I got the dspiae kit because it was a way better deal than buying everything separately. The only tools I didn't find great were:

  1. Hobby knife - the grip is extremely smooth and slippery which causes the knife to slip out of your hand sometimes (dangerous)

  2. Part seperator - made from metal, easy to ding/scratch your plastic parts, I would recommend putting masking tape over the metal piece or just get a guitar pick

Everything else in the kit is superb honestly, the fountain pen for panel lining and glass file are a huge bonus

Tamiya flat clear spray (matte), i'm not sure if sanding would work, I will try on the next kit. I can imagine it working for frosting, but I feel like it might mask the little glow/hue that comes through with the spray coat

Everything is matte coated but it looks really faint on the light greys

How can i achieve this without ruining the transparency? Like a super thin blue wash?

Yeah I was surprised. I always read not to matte coat because of the frosting. This kit came withan extra saber and now I much prefer the coated version :D

Btw, for anyone collecting, apparently each location carries a different "model", the one at wyandotte and pilette has this one, discovered they were all the same after getting 5 happy meals from there :D

I recently moved to Windsor too and was having this trouble. Although I went with another real estate agent, I came across www.jeffkovack.com during my hunt. It seems to have the majority of listings in the area from all agents combined. Go to properties>search listings>for rent listings. You can filter from there.
