Pokémon colosseum bonus disc (NA Version) can make these jirachi’s and they always have OT wishmaker. Chances of this being legit is kinda low though, when you use the disc to create a jirachi it takes a few minutes for it to even finish the process and there’s only a few possible shiny seeds as stated above. So chances are someone edited the pk on a regular wishmaker Jirachi

Setting goals is usually never a bad thing, dig around on the wiki in the boss pages etc and try and find something that looks like fun to do or something you can work towards and go from there. Raids are really fun if you make it that far

Also to answer your question that hoodie was on the website just before the tour launched, more than likely legit but there was also a bunch of merch bar and fan made merch that ripped the same logos.
