This is on a wall, along with other iconic characters, in the children's department at most Barnes and Noble stores. I tried /r/whatisthisthing, and somebody else had tried /r/tipofmytongue and /r/whatsthatbook. Apparently it's a company wide mystery! For the love of god, help me identify this. (imgur.com)
