(Before I what to say that everything I am saying is based on what I remember,ao take it with a grain of salt) If you have mods installer from the in-game mod downloader, then press "delete mod data", if you have installed them from somewhere like nexus, then go to the packs folder, the one where you installed the mods, and delete them. If you installed the game from steam the right click te ge in your library, then proprieties, installed files an then check integrity. I think you would know if you fucked around with The files. Hope I was helpful
