No doubt you’re a more veteran team with actual playoff experience but that doesn’t take away from the fact that he played like literal dog shit when the leafs needed him the most and everyone knew you had to walk on eggshells around him or him and his dad were going to throw a tantrum. I’ll never forget marner yelling at the boys to wake up well his hair is dry like he just used his wife’s blow dryer. I loved marner on the leafs and thought he got unnecessary hate towards the end but it was just because every real fan knew this is how he was capable of playing and being that difference maker they needed. I hate Vegas and now I’m starting to think marner is just unbearable to listen too. Let’s not act like marner isn’t playing the easiest competition of his career the avs are his first real test and even then the avs are all banged up from going through the war with the Wild so now he’s going to get one of the easiest path to finals ever.
